Three story vertical mixed-use project to be built in downtown Austin. Developed a complete re-design of the facade; client was looking for a mash-up of traditional Brooklyn brownstones with gridded mid-century modern "glass and steel" architecture.

Role: Completely re-design the building exterior. The client had been less than pleased with anything he had seen so far when I was brought onto the project. After a quick meeting, I developed and presented the client these images. He was delighted and ready to move forward with the project.
