Previously a larger project, this 4 story office building fit two parking levels between office & retail and was in need of a re-design. The challenge was to develop a solution that seamlessly integrated the very different and very flat mix of programs. This was in-part achieved by careful composition of a dense aluminum fin screen that bridged multiple levels and various programs and the perforation of the brick curtain wall at garage levels.

Role: Lead designer. Developed digital models and other deliverables, presented to client.
